Cancellation & Refund:
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat.
- For cancellations postmarked on or before 24:00 (GMT+8), September 15, 2018, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations on or after 24:00 (GMT+8) September 15, 2018, no fees will be refunded.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
